No, there is no admission for NRIs through DASA or CIWG (gulf quota) in IISc and IISER. DASA scheme is for admission in engineering institutes like NITs and IIITs.

Can OCI get admission in IISc?

Yes, OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) cardholders are considered as international candidates and can take admission in IISc under two categories. Category 1 : OCI students who have obtained their qualifying degree (class 12 or equivalent) while living (or domiciled) in India.
