IISc is the top institute of the country. It admit students who are top rankers in some of the prestigious entrance examinations like KVPY, JEE and NEET. So getting admission in IISc is as difficult as getting top ranks in these exams.
IISERs consider KVPY and JEE score, but not NEET. It also admit students on the basis of its own aptitude test for science stream students who pass class 12 with marks equal or above the cut off percentage. If your concepts are strong, then it will be easy for you to clear IISER aptitude test.

IISc Admission Process for BS Program 2020-21
IISc Bangalore takes admission in BS program on the basis of KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG exams. To apply for admission in the Bachelor of Science (Research) i.e. BS program in IISc, eligible candidates should fill the online application form (available in February- March 2020). The online application must be submitted on or before 30 April 2020.

In 2019, candidates with All India Rank up to 240 (General category) in KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG were invited in IISc counseling process for admission in BS Program. You can see the required AIR in other categories here : IISc-UG Updates

IISER Admission Process for BS and BS-MS Dual Degree Program 2020-21
To promote high-quality science education, research, and training, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, has set up seven Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) at Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati.
IISER takes admission on the basis of Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) and Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE). Candidates having a valid KVPY fellowship will be eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates in General category securing a rank within 10000 in the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Advanced 2020 will be eligible to apply.
You can also take admission in IISER through SCB Channel (Percentage in State and Central Boards). Students who have passed (10+2) level with science stream in 2019 or 2020 with marks equal or above the cut off percentage in their respective boards are eligible to apply.

Students applying through SCB channel will have to appear in the IISER Aptitude Test which will be conducted at various centres across the country. IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2020 will be conducted on May 31, 2020.
