IISc is the top institute of the country. IISc admits students who are top rankers in some of the prestigious entrance examinations like KVPY, JEE and NEET. So getting admission in IISc is as difficult as getting top ranks in these exams.
IISERs consider KVPY and JEE score, but not NEET. IISER also gives admission to students on the basis of its own aptitude test for science stream students who pass class 12 with marks equal or above the cut off percentage. If your concepts are strong, then it will be easy for you to clear the IISER aptitude test.

IISc Admission Process for BS Program
IISc Bangalore takes admission in BS program on the basis of KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG exams. To apply for admission in the Bachelor of Science (Research) i.e. BS program in IISc, eligible candidates should fill the online application form on IISc website.
In 2019, candidates with All India Rank up to 240 (General category) in KVPY, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG were invited in IISc counseling process for admission in BS Program. You can see the required AIR in other categories here : IISc-UG Updates

IISER Admission Process for BS and BS-MS Dual Degree Program
To promote high-quality science education, research, and training, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, has set up seven Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) at Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati.
IISER takes admission on the basis of Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) and Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE). Candidates having a valid KVPY fellowship will be eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates in General category securing a rank within 10000 in the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Advanced will be eligible to apply.
You can also take admission in IISER through SCB Channel (Percentage in State and Central Boards). Students who are appearing or have passed (10+2) level with science stream with marks equal or above the cut off percentage in their respective boards are eligible to apply.

Students applying through SCB channel will have to appear in the IAT (IISER Aptitude Test) which will be conducted at various centres across the country.
