BITSAT Exam is conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science. It's a highly competitive exam conducted annually by BITS for admission to various engineering courses offered by BITS campuses.

BITSAT 2017 Exam Pattern
BITSAT 2017 will be held in online mode only. Along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, there will be questions from English and Logical Reasoning also. The total duration of BITSAT Online Test is 3 hours.
Physics: Total 40 Questions of 3 marks each.
Chemistry: Total 40 Questions of 3 marks each.
Mathematics: Total 45 Questions of 3 marks each.
English: Total 15 Questions of 3 marks each.
Logical Reasoning: Total 10 Questions of 3 marks each.
Negative marking: 1 mark is deducted for incorrect answer.
After finishing all 150 question, A candidate can opt for 12 Extra questions.
The BITSAT-2017 test will be conducted on the basis of NCERT syllabus for 11th and 12th class.
Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT 2017
For admission to any of the First Degree programmes of BITS except B.Pharm.(Hons.): Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
For admission to B.Pharm.(Hons.): Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and adequate proficiency in English. However candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy program.
The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects.
Only Students who are appearing for 12th examination in 2017 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2016 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2017 test.
Direct Admission to 2017 Board Toppers: First rank students of all the central and state boards in India for the year 2017 will be given direct admission to the program of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT-2017 score as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
BITSAT Past Year Papers
Please note that BITS never officially releases past year question papers. BITSAT exam is conducted in online mode for some specific number of days and the different sets of questions are randomly asked in the paper each day. Any publisher or online website which claims they have past year questions papers of BITSAT are lying. Most of the times they are just mock tests based on students memory.
