A common question many students ask before starting the NEET preparation is – “What is the best timetable for NEET aspirants?” In this post, I will share with you the best timetable for NEET preparation (whether you are attending regular school, not attending school, a dropper or want a timetable for holidays). I will also share the study timetable of a NEET topper. At the end, you can download the readymade timetable for NEET-UG.

NEET Timetable For Students Attending Regular School

5:30 am – 6:30 am Solve MCQs
6:30 am – 7:00 am Get ready for school (adjustable as per your school timings)
7:30 am – 1:30 pm School timings (Solve problems from question banks in the free periods)
2 pm – 2:30 pm Lunch, take a short nap if required
2:30 pm – 5:30 pm Study from coaching modules, homework, assignments
6 pm – 9 pm Online Coaching
9 pm – 10 pm Dinner, study break, entertainment
10 pm – 11 pm Make notes, revise stuff
11 pm Sleep

NEET Timetable For Droppers, Students Not Attending School, Holidays

Time Activity
6:30 am – 8 am Wake up, Breakfast and other essentials
8:00 am – 11:00 am Solve MCQs, new concepts, weak areas
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Break – Do anything that relaxes your mind
12:00 pm – 2 pm Homework, assignments, exercises
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Have lunch, take a small nap if required
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Coaching pre-study, read subject which you find interesting
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Tea/ Coffee + snacks, evening walk, game, etc.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Coaching (Online)
9:00 pm – 10:00 pm Dinner, family time, entertainment, etc.
10:00 pm – 11:00 pm Make notes and Revise what you study throughout the day
11:00 pm Sleep

Study Timetable of a NEET Topper

Given below is the time table of a NEET topper Sumit Nahak (AIR and Marks 685 in NEET 2021)

  • Wake up at 7:30.
  • 7.40–9 : Physics numericals (with a fresh mind), I used to fall asleep reading biology during this time πŸ™‚
  • 9–9:30 : Breakfast.
  • 9:30–11 : Biology revision.
  • 11–12 : Chemistry questions practice with NCERT reading (Physical).
  • 12–1:30 : Lunch, TV, Mobile, etc.
  • 1:30–3 : Biology (Question solving with revision).
  • 3–5 : Chemistry (usually Inorganic).
  • 5–6:15 : Used to listen to songs to relax my mind with snacks.
  • 6:15–8:30 : Again Biology revision.
  • 8:30–10:30 : Dinner with TV (I hadn’t missed even a single episode from my favorite serial Wagle ki duniya ).
  • 10:30–11:30 : Physics formula revision & forcefully I used to sit with my Physics NCERT for 30 minutes (it was due to the fear of questions directly from NCERT lines) but hardly read 1 or 2 pages.
  • 11:30–12:30 : Organic Chemistry.
  • Then I finally sleep while imagining myself in my dream college πŸ™‚
