Yes, definitely. The core syllabus of PCB is same in all 3 examinations. The preparation strategy would be the same for NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
For AIIMS and JIPMER, you need to prepare for some additional sections – GK + Aptitude in AIIMS, and English + Reasoning in JIPMER.
How to prepare for NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER?
Keep your main subjects strong – Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
NEET and AIIMS both require thorough knowledge of NCERT. Although it’s advised to follow a coaching study material, you can also use reference books (Don’t refer too many books, one of each subject is enough, and NCERT is must).
For NEET, you can (or should) solve past years papers, but for AIIMS, previous year questions are not released. You can practice online mock tests of NEET and AIIMS by joining an online test series.
The Physics in AIIMS is slightly difficult than NEET but if your concepts are strong, you can solve problems easily.
Many students face problem in AIIMS due to AR questions. For assertion reasoning type questions in AIIMS, you can follow the tips from this post of Madhav Mohata.
For GK in AIIMS, focus on current affairs.
You can utilize your time after NEET by preparing additional sections in AIIMS and JIPMER. At the same time, you need to keep your focus on PCB revision.
Time management is very important in JIPMER. You need to solve 200 questions in only 150 mins, i.e. 2.5 hrs.
For JIPMER, one needs good knowledge of English and Reasoning. The English is little tricky, not so simple. Newspapers are the best source for building up the required vocabulary for English. For reasoning, one just needs to use his brain logically and practice some mental ability questions beforehand.
