When serotonin goes up, your focus goes up. The beauty of this exercise is that you can do it any time and any place. According to Alex Korb, a neuroscientist at UCLA.

Whenever you are not able to focus in your NEET preparation, the first thing to do is to acknowledge that it’s a problem that needs a solution. Think about what clearing NEET will do to your life and future. Don’t get distracted . Stay focused to achieve your goals.
